The task is to give a new life in post-industrial space in Young City of GdaÅ„sk. The aim is to propose a new land-use, which will change the image of the place. Important issue of the project are cultural protected building which are on the site.

- well developed public transportation in the nearby

WEAKNESSES:

- untreated industrial areas

- lack of greenery

- many unused & abandoned buildings

- poor community

- high underground water level

- heritage destroyed

- lack of securrity

OPPORTUNITIES:

-water front

- empty buildings - possibility to use existing buildings in good condition

- identification of a place - attracts tourists

- new investments

- creating connections with the city

THREATS:

- gentrification

- polluted ground, air

- flooding risk

- lack of livability
